Spinach Pie
Ingredients
- 1 Onion chopped
- 1 Egg beaten
- 1 Box frozen spinach (defrosted and drained)
- 1 Packet butter puff pastry
- 250g Ricotta
- 250g Australian feta (crumbled)
- 250g Cottage cheese
- 250g Grated tasty cheese
Method
Grease a baking dish.
Line bottom of the dish with pastry.
Mix all of the ingredients together in a bowl.
Spoon in a layer of mixture then cover with a layer of pastry alternatively until the top layer is pastry.
Bake at 200°C until the pastry on top is puffed up and brown. This should happen within about 45 minutes, depending on the oven.
